2. Service Hours
Our standard opening hours are:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday - Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: Closed
3. Membership Plans
Optimum Health Centre offers a range of flexible membership plans to suit your needs. These are available as monthly or annual subscriptions:
Monthly Plans:
Essential – £9.95 per month
Advanced – £28.95 per month
Signature – £69.95 per month
Annual Plans:
Essential – £118.95 per year
Advanced – £329.95 per year
Signature – £754.95 per year
All plans with Optimum Health Centre include a minimum three-month commitment following a 14-day cooling-off period. After this initial term, you may cancel your plan at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice to:

Please note that some plans may automatically renew on an annual basis unless you choose to cancel prior to the renewal date.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are collected via secure direct debit or card payment at the start of your billing cycle. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date. Card payments can also be made for individual services without a membership plan.
5. Refunds
Refunds may be issued for services not received due to cancellation within the appropriate timeframe or under extenuating circumstances. No administrative fee is charged on refunds.
6. Appointment Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. You are entitled to cancel your appointment at any time within seven (7) days of making your booking.
Charges may apply for Late Cancellations, Amendments, or Non-Attendance
Appointments cancelled, amended, or unattended with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may be subject to a charge. This fee can be up to the full cost of the appointment. Charges vary depending on the nature of the booking. To confirm the applicable fee for your specific appointment, please contact the dedicated booking line.
