Welcome to Optimum Road Health Centre. By accessing, booking, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions govern your membership, appointment bookings, service usage, and interactions with our clinic and website. Please read them carefully.

Our clinic opening hours are:
Monday: 08:00 – 18:30
Tuesday: 08:00 – 18:30
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 08:00 – 18:30

2.1 Neurodevelopmental Assessment Services
Optimum Road Health Centre provides private neuro-developmental assessment services, including ADHD and Autism assessments for adults and children.
Assessment services are conducted in accordance with applicable clinical standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Assessment outcomes are based on the clinical judgement of appropriately qualified professionals using the information available at the time of assessment.
Screening tools, questionnaires, and pre-assessment forms are intended for informational and triage purposes only and do not constitute a formal diagnosis.
We reserve the right to determine clinical suitability for assessment pathways and may decline or discontinue services where clinically appropriate, safeguarding concerns arise, or required information is not provided.
3. Membership Plans
We offer flexible membership plans, available on monthly or annual payment terms:
Monthly Plans:
Essential – £9.95 per month
Advanced – £28.95 per month
Signature – £69.95 per month
Annual Plans:
Essential – £118.95 per year
Advanced – £329.95 per year
Signature – £754.95 per year
Terms:
All plans require a minimum three-month commitment following a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
After the initial term, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to:

Where applicable, membership plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are collected securely using debit card, credit card, Direct Debit (where applicable), Klarna (where available), or any other payment methods made available during checkout.
You must ensure your payment method is current and valid.
One-off services may also be paid for separately without a membership.
4.1 Klarna Payment Services
We may offer Klarna as a payment option for selected healthcare services.
Where available, Klarna can be selected during checkout after you have chosen an eligible appointment or service.
Any application for Klarna payment options is subject to Klarna's eligibility criteria, identity verification, fraud prevention measures, affordability assessments where applicable, and Klarna's Terms and Conditions.
Optimum Road Health Centre and 25 Eight Medical Group Limited are not lenders, do not provide financial advice, and do not make lending or credit decisions.
The availability of Klarna payment options does not guarantee approval, and appointment bookings remain subject to our clinical, operational, cancellation, and non-attendance policies.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:
Cancellation during the 14-day cooling-off period
Service disruption or clinical error
Extenuating circumstances (at our discretion)
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days, and no administrative fees will apply.
6. Appointment Cancellation and Non-Attendance
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend standard appointments and general clinic services.
For specialist ADHD and Autism assessment services (including adult and child assessments), a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments due to specialist clinician scheduling, preparation requirements, and third-party assessor booking commitments.
You may have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking in accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation, unless:
The appointment has already taken place,
Services have already commenced with your agreement, or
The appointment falls within the applicable cancellation notice period.
Fees:
Late cancellations, amendments, or missed appointments may incur a fee up to the full cost of the booking.
For ADHD and Autism assessments, cancellation charges may include non-refundable clinician, administration, preparation, or assessor booking costs where applicable.
If you are unsure whether a cancellation fee applies, please contact our booking team before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
7. Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
To cancel or reschedule, please call our dedicated booking line during service hours. Emails for cancellations must include your full name, appointment date, and contact details.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We process personal and health information in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data.
9. Clinical Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Optimum Road Health Centre shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Situations outside our control (e.g. third-party delays or system outages), interruptions, delays, or technical issues relating to third-party payment providers, payment processors, online booking systems, or integrated digital platforms;
Misuse of services contrary to medical advice.
Participation in assessment services does not guarantee any specific diagnostic outcome.
Clinical opinions and diagnostic decisions are made independently by qualified clinicians based on recognised clinical criteria and professional judgement.
This does not affect your statutory rights or our duty of care under UK law.
10. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
