Welcome to Optimum Road Health Centre. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions govern your membership, appointment bookings, service usage, and interactions with our clinic and website. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Hours

Our clinic opening hours are:

  • Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday – Wednesday: 08:00 – 18:30

  • Thursday: Closed

  • Friday: 08:00 – 18:30

  • Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

  • Sunday: Closed

3. Membership Plans

We offer flexible membership plans, available on monthly or annual payment terms:

Monthly Plans:

  • Essential – £9.95 per month

  • Advanced – £28.95 per month

  • Signature – £69.95 per month

Annual Plans:

  • Essential – £118.95 per year

  • Advanced – £329.95 per year

  • Signature – £754.95 per year

Terms:

  • All plans require a minimum three-month commitment following a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • After the initial term, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to:

Some plans may automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Please note that some plans may automatically renew on an annual basis unless you choose to cancel prior to the renewal date.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are collected securely via direct debit or card payment at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • You must ensure your payment method is current and valid.

  • One-off services may also be paid for separately without a membership.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in cases such as:

  • Cancellation during the 14-day cooling-off period

  • Service disruption or clinical error

  • Extenuating circumstances (at our discretion)

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and no administrative fees will apply.

6. Appointment Cancellation and Non-Attendance

A minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend appointments.

  • You may cancel within 7 days of booking unless the appointment is within the 24-hour period.

Fees:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours), amendments, or missed appointments may incur a fee up to the full cost of the booking.

  • To confirm the applicable fee, please contact our booking line.

7. Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments

To cancel or reschedule, please call our dedicated booking line during service hours. Emails for cancellations must include your full name, appointment date, and contact details.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are fully compliant with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Your personal and health data will be processed only:

  • With your consent,

  • Where necessary for the provision of healthcare,

  • To comply with legal obligations.

9. Clinical Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality care, Optimum Road Health Centre shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • Situations outside our control (e.g. third-party delays or system outages),

  • Misuse of services contrary to medical advice.

This does not affect your statutory rights or our duty of care under UK law.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
