Helen Shortland
Background
Helen started working as a complementary therapist in 2005. She has a wealth and variety of different skills and experience with in the field.
Helen has Diplomas in Reflexology, Person Centred Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in Colon Hydrotherapy.
In addition to a Reflexology Diploma Helen has added experience and training in Fertility and Maternity Reflexology.
Helen is a full member of ARCH (Association of Register of Colon Hydrotherapists) and The Complementary and Natural Health Care Council.
