Optimum Health Centre is situated at 26A Central Avenue, West Bridgford, Nottingham and offers a wide range of treatments, covering most of the complementary therapies. All of our therapists are qualified, experienced and fully insured. They are also members of one or more professional associations. This means that they undergo continuous personal development, which is required to regularly update their training and skills in order to maintain their registration, as they are bound by strict standards of professional conduct.
