About The Optimum Health Centre

The Optimum Health Centre has been operating for more than 10 years, during which time we have expanded the range of treatments we offer to cover most of the major complementary therapies.

All of our therapists hold qualifications from accredited schools or colleges, and are fully insured. They are also members of one or more professional associations. This means that they are required to continually upgrade their training and skills in order to maintain their registration, and they are bound by strict standards of professional conduct.

At Optimum Health we insist on these high standards so that our clients can be assured that they will be treated in a safe, competent and ethical manner at all times.
