how long does it take to clear the bowel completely?
It depends on the condition of the colon. People with minor problems may improve after 2/3 sessions, some will take longer. Someone who is seriously ill may need many more.

What might i experience after the session?
Rarely you might feel light-headed or cold, but it is not debilitating, and it soon passes. On the other hand, you may enjoy a great sense of well-being. some people even go so far as to say it was the most wonderful experience of their life!
