The Optimum Health Centre is open:
Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm

Our reception desk is staffed:
Monday to Friday 10am to 12:45pm, 1:30 to 5pm
Outside of these times, the front door will be locked.
Clients with appointments at times when our receptionists are not on duty, are asked to ring the door bell. Your therapist will admit you to the Centre.
