Description

Consultations are confidential, and typically last for 1 to 1½ hours. The client receives comprehensive, individual dietary guidelines and advice on meals, recipes and recommended cookbooks. Shopping guidance, relevant information sheets and general advice for a healthy diet and lifestyle are also provided.

Supplements are suggested, if felt to be beneficial in the short-term.

Diagnostic tests are also available e.g. food intolerance testing, if applicable.
